This service will be conducted by future automotive technicians at the high school level, guided by a current ASE Certified Automotive Technician. This service is a visual inspection of multiple maintenance items typically inspected based on mileage of the vehicle including filters, fluids, belts, hoses, interior and exterior lights, wiper blades, tire conditions and pressures. If anything is observed as requiring maintenance, a detailed report will be available to customer for review. Labor for oil and oil filter replacement will be provided for this service. Customer must provide correct parts. Please see your local automotive parts retail store to purchase the correct oil and oil filter as well as oil drain plug gasket for your vehicle. The fee for this service would be added on top of any other services being requested. Customer will assume responsibility for any cost of damages that may occur during this service.

For this service we will install tires on vehicle and computer balance wheels. *** Please note for this service we only install tires that conform to manufacturer specification and can be found on door placard. We may deny installation should we feel we cannot perform the task safely. Have tire information ready for appointment verification and we will discuss if service can be performed.
Remove and replace brake pads and brake rotors. Customer supplies parts.
This service will be conducted by future automotive technicians at the high school level, guided by a current ASE Certified Automotive Technician. This service will include a basic car wash and a basic interior vacuum.
Automotive Technology students will provide a basic car wash to the exterior to include a light duty pressure rinse and spray of car soap foam and hand scrub to the exterior of the vehicle and a quick vacuum service to the interior of the vehicle. ***Weather Permitting***

Fees will be based on the quote we have provided to customer. Customer is responsible for purchasing parts needed for the services that will be provided before dropping off the vehicle at the Ratteree. If you do not reach out to one of the instructors before receiving a quote prior to booking this appointment, your appointment will be canceled and we will be contacting you for further information.
